What data do we collect?

• Account: name, email, phone
• Bookings: appointments, chosen salon and service, messages
• Sensitive data: only if you share it yourself
• Payment: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
• App: location (only with your consent), basic device info
• Automatic: IP address, cookies, usage statistics

How do we use your data?

To process your bookings, send reminders (email/SMS), improve the service, and — only with your consent — send marketing. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies (including language choice) and, with your consent, analytics cookies. Manage your preferences via the cookie banner.

Sharing with third parties

• The salon you book (to fulfil your appointment)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google (maps/reviews), hosting and email/SMS providers
These parties process data only on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion we erase personal data within 30 days, except what must be kept longer by law (e.g. invoices).

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object. Contact info@idetechnologys.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and data via the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing info@idetechnologys.com. We process your request within 30 days.

Mobile app

The LocalBeautys app collects the same data as the website. Location is used only to show nearby salons, with your consent, and can be turned off in your device settings.

KVKK (Turkish users)

For users in Turkey, we process personal data in line with the Turkish KVKK law (no. 6698). You have the same access and deletion rights; contact info@idetechnologys.com.
