How to delete your account
In the app: Open the LocalBeautys app → Profile → Delete account → confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app / by request: Send an e-mail from your registered address to info@idetechnologys.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, e-mail address, phone number and personal notes — permanently deleted / anonymised.
- Your login account and password.
- Your saved preferences and app activity linked to your identity.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Past appointment and payment transaction records may be retained in anonymised form (no personal identifiers) to meet legal and accounting obligations, as required by Belgian/EU law.
- System backups are purged within 30 days.
Hesabınızı nasıl silersiniz (TR)
Uygulamadan: LocalBeautys → Profil → Hesabı sil → onayla. Hesabınız anında silinir.
Uygulama olmadan: Kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@idetechnologys.com adresine “Hesabımı sil” konulu e-posta gönderin. Talebi 30 gün içinde işleriz.
Silinen: ad, e-posta, telefon, notlar, hesap ve şifre kalıcı olarak silinir/anonimleştirilir. Saklanan: geçmiş randevu/ödeme kayıtları yasal yükümlülük için anonim olarak tutulabilir; yedekler 30 gün içinde temizlenir.
Uw account verwijderen (NL)
In de app: LocalBeautys → Profiel → Account verwijderen → bevestigen. Uw account wordt direct verwijderd.
Zonder de app: Stuur vanaf uw geregistreerde e-mailadres een bericht naar info@idetechnologys.com met als onderwerp “Account verwijderen”. Wij verwerken het verzoek binnen 30 dagen.
Verwijderd: naam, e-mail, telefoon, notities, account en wachtwoord worden permanent verwijderd/geanonimiseerd. Bewaard: eerdere afspraak- en betaalgegevens kunnen geanonimiseerd worden bewaard voor wettelijke verplichtingen; back-ups worden binnen 30 dagen gewist.
